The Ideal Candidate

Manage all multimedia strategy to support training programs for stores, customer service, JDC audiences and Home Office.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage the strategy of all training multimedia projects and deadlines
  • Manages the team that makes technical decisions regarding elements such as appropriate lighting, shooting angle and placement and type of microphone
  • Manages technical quality of product of visual/audio material and approves final work
  • Work with SVP, Employee Training & Development and Director, Training & Development to formulate concepts and develop strategies and solutions for all training content for all audiences
  • Identifies training needs through surveys and working with subject matter experts
  • Build strong relationships with key business partners and subject matter experts, including field management team, store operations, human resources, and marketing
  • Maintain an understanding of learning delivery methods and determine the best applications depending on requirements


Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have

  • 1 - 3 years experience in a design related field
  • 2+ years experience as Instructional Designer or Training Coordinator preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire and interest in teaching and developing skills of retail store employees
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN
