Key Responsibilities:
Store Projects:
- Serve as the liaison for all new, relocating, remodeling, expanding, and closing stores.
- Coordinate with corporate departments and partners, including Merchandising, Store Planning, IT Support, Accounting, Real Estate, Store Supplies, Facilities, and Field personnel.
- Work on future projects involving new store technologies.
- Act as the point of contact for Airport Management and Joint Venture Partners.
- Visit stores to ensure quality construction, accurate scope of work, and provide direction and support to field personnel.
- Facilitate and document procedures to improve store project effectiveness.
- Support field managers with the store Opener Program.
Store Data/Metric Management:
- Respond to field inquiries about Work Force Management, Payroll, traffic, and sales metrics.
- Monitor and report store sales, schedules, hours, and payroll.
- Monitor Store Manager/Manager pay and census.
- Communicate field sales reporting to leadership regularly.
- Manage data analytics portals and dashboards for corporate and field use.
- Collaborate with Training to create relevant training content.
Education/Experience:
- Retail store leadership experience preferred.
- Associate's degree or relevant work experience preferred.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong mathematical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects.
- Creativity and resourcefulness.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Based in Nashville, TN.
Work Schedule:
- Hybrid role with a 7 AM start time.
- Monday mandatory in-office.
- Flexible for once-a-month Sunday work with Friday off on month-end weeks.
