Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Develop all monthly visual merchandising updates that drive sales and meet the business objectives.
- Analyze sales results using weekly stock tapes.
- Create clear and precise communication documents for each merchandising strategy.
- Ensure brand integrity is maintained in all merchandising strategies.
- Manage all aspects of the showroom including sample inventory and visual merchandising tools
- Maintain the visual merchandising inbox.
- Conduct monthly visits in stores to ensure merchandising strategies are executed successfully.
- Contribute to seasonal workshops, and propose innovative ideas and merchandising strategies.
- Provide feedback and support to the LB field and head office teams regarding store visits and store openings.
- Provide support to the head office teams on special projects.
- Visit competition on a regular basis to observe and document the seasonal market and merchandising strategies of other retailers.
- Work closely with marketing to align VM strategy with marketing activations.
- Ensure VM reflects promotional strategies.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail management
- DEC in fashion design or fashion marketing
- Strong creative skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines
- Strong understanding of fashion and merchandising trends
- Ability to be proactive, self motivated, and self directed
- Proven ability to lead by example and develop strong mentoring relationships
- Ability to analyze and understand sales statistics and results
