Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Sample Coordinator provides operational support for Ecommerce Photography Team. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of sample flow, this position is the liaison between Ecommerce Photography, Buying & Merchandising, Catalog, and Email Deployment departments to ensure accurate tracking and flow of samples throughout the teams. This position also works independently, quickly, and accurately on repeated tasks to make decisions and solve problems.

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of sample flow, this position is the liaison between Ecommerce Photography, Buying & Merchandising, Catalog, and Email Deployment departments to ensure accurate tracking and flow of samples throughout the teams. This position also works independently, quickly, and accurately on repeated tasks to make decisions and solve problems.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of sample flow from Buying & Merchandising to Ecommerce photography team and back for web and catalog product photography
- Report sample flow status weekly
- Assist with building and maintaining yearly sample flow calendars
- Communicate clearly and concisely with peers and supervisors
- Collaborate with Buying & Merchandising, Catalog, and Email Deployment departments, building relationships across various personalities
- Assist with all other Ecommerce department initiatives as needed
Education/Experience:
- Associate's degree in project management, Bookkeeping, or similar detail-oriented field
- Retail management experience preferred
Functional Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word, and Google Sheets on Mac platforms
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information into simple answers
- 1-2 years project management and/or merchandising experience, preferably in a multi-channel retail/catalog environment
- Follow existing SOPs and assist with creating/updating for streamlined processes
