Job Summary
Reporting directly to the senior graphic designer, the Little Burgundy (LB) Graphic Designer is responsible for the design and creation of LB creative deliverables from in-store signage, POP, mall advertising, VM guidelines, booklet, etc.
The graphic designer is responsible to work closely with the senior graphic designer and marketing team to deliver visuals on brand that connect with Little Burgundy consumers.

The graphic designer is responsible to work closely with the senior graphic designer and marketing team to deliver visuals on brand that connect with Little Burgundy consumers.
Job Responsibilities
- Respect brand's guidelines while conceptualizing and designing unique windows and in-store displays that help distinguishing Little Burgundy and contributes to in-store traffic.
- Create visual concepts that are unique while being mindful of the environmental footprint and cost of production.
- Guide graphic designer intern for any projects related to in-store visuals.
- Ensure timelines and production schedules are respected
- Ensure the consistency of seasonal visuals, sale strategy and promotions
- Ensure deliverables of promotional and seasonal signage
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote visually our brand repertoire in the most premium and unique way that resonates with our consumers.
- Creation of visual merchandising guide
- From time to time, store visits to ensure the creative are adapted to all stores and are well executed
- Seek for new materials and creative ways to produce in-store signage, while being environmentally conscious of the materials we are using
- Help the senior graphic designer with the seasonal campaign
- Support the digital graphic designer if needed (Newsletters, social media assets, banners)
- Optimized visual based on feedbacks
- Respect the brands campaign guidelines while executing window display and in-store signage in a creative way
Job Requirements
- DEC in graphic design required, Bachelor's degree is considered an asset
- At least 1 year experience in graphic design with some experience in art direction
- Experience in editorial and photography art direction (an asset)
- Video editing and in motion design is considered as an asset
- Experience in InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Superior creative skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Bilingual- Must be able to speak and write in French and English
