The International Operations and Logistics position allows for flexible hours and an opportunity to learn in a fast-paced environment. How You Will Make an Impact

• Retrieve, audit, and process import related invoices for payment
• Setup international shipments (both manual and EDI) in the Import system, create and maintain electronic freight file folders, and organize the documents accordingly
• File Arrival notices in shipment folders
• Enter Liquidation date(s) in the Import System
• Retrieve and File Country of Origin Certificates
• Claim Containers with Pier Pass
• Review shipping documents for accuracy and follow-up / resolve discrepancies with the appropriate parties
• Support departmental administration functions as needed
• Back-up other logistics roles as needed
• Logistics Special projects as assigned

Knowledge and Skills You'll Need to Have

• High School Graduate, College Education a plus.
• Experience in related field desired.
• Accounting experience desired.
• Demonstrated research and follow-up skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in and contribute to a high-performance team environment.
• Performs to a high-level of accuracy and quality.
• Ability to understand priorities and expedite work as necessary.
• Ability to deal with all internal associates and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Have a mind-set towards process improvement and cost savings.
• Local to the Greater Nashville area and must be onsite
